Ceyhan may be the largest oil terminal in the world

Platin – Having become the favorite location in its region following recent energy investments, Ceyhan (located in the southern Turkish province of Adana) is attracting domestic and foreign investors. Ceyhan Mayor Huseyin Sozlu points out that Ceyhan, already seen as the energy hub in its region with the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project, as well as the Kirkuk-Yumurtalik Crude Oil Pipeline, could become the largest energy terminal in the world. Huseyin Sozlu says Ceyhan is whetting the appetite of large companies with its coastal line of 9 km and 128,000 decares of land opened up to investment.
