Invest News DetailHaber Turk - OYAK Cement Group, a Turkish cement producer, has announced the signing of a deal with France-based group Lafarge for the acquisition of shares in three cement and concrete plants in Türkiye. Under the terms of the deal, OYAK is to take over 97.3 percent and 50 percent of French group's cement factories in Aslan and Eregli, respectively. Meanwhile, OYAK also acquired a 24.24 percent stake in Lafarge's concrete plant. The total consideration for the acquisitions is USD 130.6 million.
