Turkish Airties becomes Greeks' second most preferred wireless option

Sabah – Wireless modem producer Airties continues to grow as a Turkish origin brand. Airties, accounting for a 60 percent share in Türkiye’s wireless modem market, is now moving ahead to become the market leader in Greece and Ukraine. The company increased its R&D investments to TRY 6 million and set a growth target for 2009 at a ten percent expansion with turnover of USD 60 million. Bulent Celebi, CEO of Airties, said, “We are enjoying the benefits of our previous investments” and added that they are a brand selling the second highest number of modems to Greece’s largest retail technology company. He also stated that they are aiming to become the leader within the Greek market within six months.
