The reserves were USD 66.746 billion on May 22. In its weekly bulletin, the Central Bank said Turkey paid back USD 10.14 million of foreign debt between June 1 and 3. Turkey's foreign debt repayment amounted to some USD 4.4 billion since the beginning of 2009. Turkey repaid USD 15.7 billion in 2008.
