Houses by the seaside have become so popular in Russia that Pravda, one of the most favorite daily newspapers of Russia, posted an article titled “Purchase a house in Türkiye”. Seref Saglam, Chairman of Istanbul Chamber of Real Estates, stated that the German and English have lagged behind the Russians in this year’s sales and said, “They are purchasing houses at prices varying in a range of EUR 50,000- 300,000.”
