Afterwards, speaking to reporters at the Istanbul Center, a communications and cultural platform for the city's communications with the EU organizations, Bagis said a recent European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling “exempting the Turkish nationals visiting EU member states to provide services” from visa requirements was being evaluated by the EU Commission and member states. "Türkiye should also decide on the public institution to determine the people that will go to the EU for business purposes," he added.
