Redevco expanding its retail portfolio in Türkiye

Dunya - Dutch property investment group Redevco is to start constructing a shopping mall in Manisa in the Aegean region. The company, which controls a EUR 7.3 billion portfolio of retail real estate assets, has already invested in shopping centers in the Turkish capital Ankara and the eastern province of Erzurum.

The Magnesia shopping center, to be built in the Laleli district of Manisa, will provide spacing for 65 stores, and will include a supermarket, cinema complex and food court. The construction of the project will start in April, and is slated to end in the first half on 2012.
