Japan's HIS Travel and Turkey's Sun Group signed an agreement brokered by the Investment Office to bring about Turkey's first "Twin Luxury Train Tour" project. The project will start with the Cappadocia Express.
The agreement is the outcome of a long-standing effort by Turkey's IPA to push forward cooperation between Japan-Turkey, explained Burak Dağlıoğlu, President of the Investment Office, highlighting the possibilities for rail transit for tourists that the agreement is set to offer.
“This project will particularly open up much more opportunities for Japanese tourists coming to Turkey. The Cappadocia Express will provide transportation by train," said HIS Turkey General Manager H. Emre Özkan.
